Alex represents journalists and other media clients in a wide variety of content-related matters. Immediately prior to joining LSKS, he served as a law clerk to the Honorable William J. Martini, United States District Court Judge for the District of New Jersey. Before clerking, he was an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins, where his practice focused on complex civil litigation.
While in law school, Alex taught a writing course at Cornell University that explored contemporary First Amendment topics, including issues relating to defamation, the reporter’s privilege, and the media’s right of access to judicial proceedings.
