Amanda M. Leith has
been an associate with the firm since 2007, and is
admitted to practice in California. Prior to joining
the firm, Ms. Leith was an associate with White O’Connor
Curry LLP in Los Angeles.
Ms. Leith is a graduate of the University of California,
Los Angeles (B.A. 1995, cum laude) and received
her law degree from The George Washington University
Law (J.D. 2003, with honors). During law school, Ms.
Leith was a staff member of the American Intellectual
Property Law Association Quarterly Journal. Her
moot court brief was selected as Best Brief and was published
in the Public Contract Law Journal, Recovery
of Attorney’s Fees Incurred in Defense of False
Claims Act Litigation: The Best Briefs from the
McKenna & Cuneo Government Contracts Moot Court Competition,
31 Pub. Cont. L.J. 721 (2002). She served as co-chair
of that competition the following year and co-authored
the competition bench brief: Challenging Task Order
