Chad R. Bowman has been an associate with the firm since 2003, and is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia.

Mr. Bowman completed his undergraduate studies at Alfred University, receiving his B.A. in 1994, cum laude. He worked as a journalist prior to attending law school for both the Watertown Daily Times and the Bureau of National Affairs (BNA). Mr. Bowman was also a Phillips Foundation journalism fellow in 1997-1998.

Mr. Bowman received his J.D. from the Georgetown University Law Center in 2003 magna cum laude, and Order of the Coif. During law school, Mr. Bowman served on the editorial board of the Georgetown Law Journal. In 2003, he was the recipient of the Metropolitan DC Alumni Club Award for best overall academic performance by an area student.
