Nicole Armenta Auerbach has been an associate with the firm since 2005, and is admitted to practice in New York. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Auerbach was a trial attorney with the Legal Aid Society, Federal Defender Division.

Ms. Auerbach attended Harvard-Radcliffe College, receiving her A.B. in 1995, summa cum laude. She has served as a law clerk to the Honorable Robert A. Katzmann on the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, and for the Honorable Jed S. Rakoff on the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.

Ms. Auerbach received her J.D. from Harvard Law School in 1999, magna cum laude. During law school, she was an executive editor of the Harvard Law Review, which published her note, Developments in the Law – Alternatives to Incarceration 111 Harv. L. Rev. 1898-1921 (1998).
