From our four offices, LSKS counsels clients from around the world and litigates cases throughout the country. Our attorneys collectively are admitted to practice in 12 states (Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Maryland, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, Pennsylvania, Texas and Virginia), plus the United States Supreme Court, ten of the thirteen federal courts of appeals, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces, as well as many of the federal trial courts. And, our attorneys have served as law clerks in more than half of the federal circuit courts of appeal and for federal district courts from Hawaii to Florida and from Texas to New York.

Our attorneys have litigated matters in 45 states and the Virgin Islands.  We often team with clients’ regular corporate counsel or our own network of experienced but cost-effective local counsel as we litigate in jurisdictions around the country.
